The iconic office tower complex located at 1, Place Ville-Marie, Montreal was undergoing a redevelopment in order to reposition itself with premium amenities in order to retain its stronghold on the AAA office market in Montreal.
A lifestyle-oriented Food Hall concept that anchored the commercial space at the heart of the office complex re- development. It features a multi-brand tenant mix with 12 fast-casual counters, 3 sit-down restaurants and 2 bar areas. It embraces the 20+ million annual foot traffic (pre-COVID) in the mass-transit corridor surrounding the food hall, while providing a sense of calm & prestige to the occupants.
Its design is aimed at the young professionals representing the bulk of the 11,000 workers while incorporating noble finishes and star chef signed menus to please the C-Suite.
