Thomas is Fox’s Regional Property Manager in the Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia (DMV) area. Thomas comes with 20 years of property management experience in the region, with successful lease-ups, repositioning, and strategic overhaul of multifamily real estate assets in Class A,B and C.

Raised in an entrepreneurial family operating in the restaurant business, Thomas is extremely skilled at juggling the multitude of hats needed in order t get to stabilization quickly. As the liaison between the property, tenants, and on-site team, Thomas demonstrates strong communication skills and leadership to rally teams to ownership’s stabilized value objectives.
