Since 2014, PJ has become known for successfully repositioning real estate assets by creating unique experiences for millennials. His journey has led him to leave his mark on notable Montreal real estate assets such as Faubourg St-Catherine (Kampai Garden) and the iconic Place Ville-Marie (Cathcart Food Hall). PJ combines strong financial expertise and unique artistic direction, which he applies to real estate repositioning projects and the development of strategic plans for Agence Fox clients.

Thomas is Fox’s Regional Property Manager in the Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia (DMV) area. Thomas comes with 20 years of property management experience in the region, with successful lease-ups, repositioning, and strategic overhaul of multifamily real estate assets in Class A,B and C.

Raised in an entrepreneurial family operating in the restaurant business, Thomas is extremely skilled at juggling the multitude of hats needed in order t get to stabilization quickly. As the liaison between the property, tenants, and on-site team, Thomas demonstrates strong communication skills and leadership to rally teams to ownership’s stabilized value objectives. Finally, Thomas is an extremely skilled leasing professional who imparts his wisdom to our leasing teams to maximize rental rates and get deals signed.
